Note: NYRA Picks are ready by 9 a.m. eastern time. I'll be providing some spot plays at Gulfstream and Tampa Bay this winter. On dark days, I'll have a spot play or two sometimes, picks are posted on the free page by noon eastern time when NYRA isn't racing. You'll receive a username and password to access the picks from the homepage. Keep in mind that the subscription includes my picks and analysis for The Kentucky Derby and Triple Crown. It's $60.00 for the first 6 months of 2026.

Sometimes these picks are my top pick, but sometimes they are my 2nd or 3rd picks. A Live Longshot is a horse that I think has a good chance to finish 1st or 2nd at a price. You will have to set up a PAYPAL account if you don't have one, but this is free and requires no social security # or credit check. We use PAYPAL because it is the most widely used money transfer company on the internet, and known for its security and ease of use. Once you sign up, you will receive an email from us with your username and password, usually within a few hours.
